View Escalated Tickets

Select Escalation View from the Ticket navigation menu.

Filter all tickets which are going to escalate by:

Today

List of tickets escalating today

Tomorrow

List of tickets escalating today or tomorrow

Next Week

List of tickets escalating between today and seven days from now
