Watch a Ticket

Any user with read (ro) permission can watch a ticket if the feature is active.

Do this by selecting Watch from the ticket menu.

A toolbar showings the number of tickets watched, how many have new messages, and how many have reached their reminder time is available, if configured.

Note

A watcher has read access to to a ticket, via a link, regardless of the location of the ticket.
