Main Menu Functions#
The main menu runs across the top of the Agent Interface and gives you quick access to Znuny’s core areas.

Dashboard Returns you to the agent dashboard, where you see ticket overviews, reminders, statistics, and recent activity.
Customers Opens the customer management view. Here you can search for existing customers, view their details, and create or update customer records.
Calendar Shows calendar overviews for appointments, reminders, and team schedules. You can add, edit, or track calendar events.
Tickets The central ticket management area. From here, you can search for tickets, create new ones, and work on existing cases across all queues.
Reports Provides access to reporting tools and statistics. You can generate reports on ticket volumes, resolution times, and other KPIs to monitor performance.
Admin (only visible if you have admin permissions) Gives access to system configuration, queue management, notification settings, user/role/group administration, and other administrative features.
Search Icon (🔍) Opens the tickets search screen. You can search by ticket number, title, customer name, or other fields.
