Main Menu Functions
###################

The **main menu** runs across the top of the Agent Interface and gives you quick access to Znuny's core areas.

* **Dashboard**
  Returns you to the agent dashboard, where you see ticket overviews, reminders, statistics, and recent activity.

* **Customers**
  Opens the customer management view. Here you can search for existing customers, view their details, and create or update customer records.

* **Calendar**
  Shows calendar overviews for appointments, reminders, and team schedules. You can add, edit, or track calendar events.

* **Tickets**
  The central ticket management area. From here, you can search for tickets, create new ones, and work on existing cases across all queues.

* **Reports**
  Provides access to reporting tools and statistics. You can generate reports on ticket volumes, resolution times, and other KPIs to monitor performance.

* **Admin** *(only visible if you have admin permissions)*
  Gives access to system configuration, queue management, notification settings, user/role/group administration, and other administrative features.

* **Search Icon (🔍)**
  Opens the tickets search screen. You can search by ticket number, title, customer name, or other fields.
