Watch a Ticket

Any user with *read (ro)* permission can watch a ticket if the feature is active.

Do this by selecting **Watch** from the :ref:`ticket menu <PageNavigation ticketviews_agentticketzoom_ticketmenu>`.

A toolbar showings the number of tickets watched, how many have new messages, and how many have reached their reminder time is available, if configured.

.. note::

    A watcher has read access to to a ticket, via a link, regardless of the location of the ticket.
