Assign the Ticket
#################

Assign a new owner to the ticket. Choose from anyone with *owner* or *rw* permissions in the queue.

Select *Owner* under *People* in the :ref:`ticket menu <PageNavigation ticketviews_agentticketzoom_ticketmenu>`.
