The ticket history contains a list of all the actions performed by who and on what date.

Select *Miscellaneous* then *History* in the :ref:`ticket menu <PageNavigation ticketviews_agentticketzoom_ticketmenu>`.

Collapse all of the history entries as seen below.

Additionally, you can filter for specific terms found in the history.
